Mélange

Mélange is a reflection of my life.  From my world travels, to my childhood, I want to share my experiences with you through food.

My father, a Filipino Chef, who specialized in numerous Mediteranean Cuisines, gave me my foundation.  I grew up eating and cooking all types of food.  My grandfather on my mother’s side is a Louisiana born Grill master.  All the different influences growing up are in my food.  

I feel comfortable cooking anything.  So when people ask me what type of cuisine I specialize in, I tell them a variety.

 

 Fusion, bringing cultures together, practicing diversity through food.  Mélange is my vision for society, no barriers, no hate.  So please let me share my world with you, thank you.
